Steve Jobs was horrible (at least in his first incarnation at Apple), but there was the Mac. Mainly speaking, though, horrible bosses make for leadership failures, for reasons that should be obvious. And then there is Exhibit A in horrible boss behavior: the 45th president of the United States. She can call every staffer she’s wounded and tell them she’s sorry, that it wasn’t right, that she’ll never behave that way again.
